DailyReport AI is an AI work-report tool. Unlike a static template, it generates the right sections based on what you say, then uses the SMART principle to flag missing information and prompt you to fill the gaps. Think of it as a daily-report assistant that actually asks you questions.

We've tuned the recognition engine heavily — accuracy is above 95% in normal conversational speech, with automatic punctuation and number normalization. If you speak quickly or use heavy regional accents, we recommend recording in a quiet environment.

Yes, it's free. Every signed-up user gets 10 minutes of voice per day, up to 5 minutes per session. The text-paste mode has no limit. We may launch a Pro tier later, but the free tier will stay.

Yes. The report itself is Markdown, so it pastes straight into Slack, Notion, or Word. The mind map exports to PNG with one click, sized to drop into a slide deck or report.

Audio is used only for the current transcription request — once recognition is done, it is not reused or retained. The generated report is tied to your account only; other users can't see it.

We have strict prompt constraints: "stay faithful to the user's original input; describe only facts the user explicitly mentioned." Vague filler like "continuing to push forward" or "keeping an eye on it" is not allowed. When information is missing, the AI surfaces it as a suggestion rather than making something up.

There's a text input field. Paste in the keyword fragments you've collected during the day (full sentences not required) and click "Generate report and mind map."

Speaking is 3–5x faster than typing, and it's closer to the real act of "reporting." You can dictate a report on the commute, on the train, or while walking — leave the structuring to the AI.
