The problem we want to solve
Every working professional has been stuck on a daily report at some point: 15 minutes staring at a blank document, scraping together a laundry list you don't even want to read back; once it's submitted, your manager skims past the important parts; a month later you flip through the archive and realise nothing has actually accumulated.
We don't think daily reports should be this hard to write. The structure isn't the hard part (today's wins, blockers, tomorrow's plan — that's it). The hard part is turning a messy day into a structured outcome.
That's exactly what AI is good at.
How we think about the product
1. Stay faithful to what you said — no fabrication
Many AI report tools quietly add filler like "continuing to push forward" or "preliminary alignment reached" to make reports look polished. That's negative value. Our prompts repeatedly emphasise "describe only the facts the user explicitly mentioned" — the AI doesn't fill in the blanks for you.
2. Surface missing information instead of hiding it
One marker of a great report is "the manager doesn't have to ask follow-up questions." When generating your report, our AI checks each item against SMART: is the deadline missing? Is anything unquantified? Should you mark it as needing support? It hands those gaps back as suggestions so you can produce a high-density report.
3. Voice first
Speaking is 3–5x faster than typing. Speaking into your headphones on the commute home is far more comfortable than zoning out at your laptop for 15 minutes after dinner.
